Arnold Clark Autoparts launches EV brochure for future of mobility

Arnold Clark EV

Arnold Clark Autoparts has launched a new Electric Vehicle (EV) Consumables brochure, as the leading national motor factor looks to the future of mobility and market demands.

The electric vehicle market is booming, with EV sales increasing by 186 percent in 2020. Department for Transport figures show that there are now 432,000 EVs on UK roads and more than 750,000 hybrids.

All new deliveries of electric vehicles require EV-specific technology and equipment, such as charging cables, and all have their own specific needs when it comes to servicing and maintenance.

To meet the demand of the increased sales volumes of EVs, Arnold Clark Autoparts’latest brochure offers a wide range of products spanning various categories and brands.

Craig McCracken, Group Factor Manager at Arnold Clark Autoparts, comments: “As we see sales of electric cars increase exponentially year on year, there is more demand for EV maintenance products.

“Whilst these are readily available from vehicle manufacturers, we’re one of the only aftermarket suppliers currently offering such a broad range of EV essentials.”

The new brochure includes EV safety equipment, clothing and signage, plus testing tools and accessories specific for electric vehicles to ensure technicians and workshops have everything they need to work on EVs.

The brand has also introduced a new lighting brochure that showcases essential lighting products including head torches, cob lamps and heavy-duty work lights –crucial for working in dark workshop environments, especially in winter.

Hard copies of the Arnold Clark Autoparts EV Consumables and Lighting brochuresare available on request from Autoparts branches, or alternatively you can view the brochures online here for EV Consumables and here for Lighting.
