A1 ADAS Solutions Announced as Gold Supplier Member to NBRA & VBRA

A1 ADAS Solutions
  • Collaboration with ADAS and diagnostics specialist marks significant milestone

The National Body Repair Association (NBRA) has announced the addition of A1 ADAS Solutions to its roster of supplier members.

The collaboration marks a significant milestone in its commitment to provide bodyshops with the knowledge and equipment needed to safely manage the volume of vehicles requiring ADAS calibration.

As one of the sector’s leading providers of ADAS, diagnostic and calibration products and services, A1 ADAS Solutions is ideally placed to help workshops navigate the impact ADAS work has on a bodyshop business, from key-to-key times to liability implications.

Iain Molloy, managing director at A1 ADAS Solutions said: “There are basically two routes to managing ADAS work and both hinge on getting the right advice from the right people.

“That means talking to someone who lives and breathes ADAS, someone who works day in, day out on vehicles as well as having extensive product knowledge. Otherwise, advice may be sales biased and do nothing to take the pain out of ADAS work.

“We’re quite unique in not only helping workshops to manage their ADAS pain, but in that we work with them to capitalise on the revenue opportunities ADAS work presents.

“This is via the two routes of providing a ‘done for you’ service, either in person or remotely, or a ‘set up for you’ service as a product distributor and trainer.

“It’s something we’re passionate about helping more bodyshops with. Working with the NBRA & VBRA will help to extend that reach and I’m very proud to be associated with a body that is held in such high esteem.”

Michael Wicks, NBRA business development manager, said: “We’re thrilled to have A1 ADAS Solutions on board. Iain and his team will provide an invaluable source of advice to body repairers throughout the UK.

“ADAS work wasn’t even on the radar when many bodyshop owners opened their businesses so it’s imperative that we help them navigate this crucial aspect of vehicle repair.

“I’m also pleased to announce that one of the first steps in facilitating this will be Iain’s presence as a speaker at our next NBRA South East regional meeting at the Malmaison Hotel in Brighton on 4 April. It’s not one to be missed.”
