Alliance Automotive Group to sponsor flagship IAAF event

IAAF Event

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) will welcome back leading parts distributor Alliance Automotive Group (AAG), as headline sponsor for the 2023 edition of its Annual Conference and Awards Dinner.

Taking place at DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes, on Thursday 7th December, IAAF’s conference returns with the theme of ‘The Brilliance of Resilience’, and features a star-studded line up of leading industry voices, including ‘rogue trader’ Nick Leeson as keynote speaker, who is known for bankrupting Barings Bank, the UK's oldest merchant bank, in 1995.

In the evening, IAAF’s Annual Awards Dinner will take place with Tom Allen, comedian, presenter and co-presenter of TV shows The Apprentice: You’re Fired, Bake Off: An Extra Slice, and former guest on Would I Lie to You, The Last Leg and QI, performing at the event that recognises outstanding achievements across the automotive aftermarket.

Steve Richardson, managing director of Alliance Automotive Group, said: “AAG is delighted to once again be headline sponsor of the annual IAAF Conference and Annual Awards Dinner.

“The Federation carries out important work to advocate for the wider automotive aftermarket. Sponsorship of the Conference presents an opportunity to support IAAF and move forward with fellow aftermarket stakeholders as we collectively learn, network, and develop plans for the industry’s future at the event.”

Mark Field, chief executive of IAAF, said: “IAAF is delighted to continue its partnership with Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) as headline sponsor. Its support of the federation across all our activities from lobbying to networking is greatly appreciated.”

Companies within the aftermarket sector can benefit from the various sponsorship opportunities on offer, with title sponsorship of individual awards available plus pre-dinner drinks, and partner and service member village sponsorship available at competitive rates, against the backdrop of an industry-wide networking event.

The Conference and Awards Dinner returns to DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes following a fantastic event in 2022. The venue overlooks ArenaMK, home to MK Dons FC, and is situated at the heart of one of the UK’s most vibrant and thriving cities.
