Autotech Group’s Business Relationship Team set to strengthen offering

Autotech Group

Autotech Group has announced the creation of a new Business Relationship Team in a strategic move designed to integrate the capabilities and solutions of the company’s four divisions, offering a cohesive and comprehensive support system for clients.

The news follows the recent statement from Autotech Group on the formation of a dedicated Executive Level as the company moves into a new phase under the leadership of CEO, Simon King.

The primary goal of the Business Relationship Team is to gain a deeper understanding of individual customer needs and create a combination of support which incorporates the offering from each of the company’s divisions - Recruit, Training, Academy, and Connect.

Over recent years the company has witnessed significant growth, launching innovative solutions through its divisions to counteract the challenges facing the automotive industry.

Now, with a strong foundation in place, the establishment of a cohesive team dedicated to building and nurturing client relationships will support Autotech Group’s growth ambitions across all company divisions, while enhancing overall business performance.

Leading the Business Relationship Team is Barry Williams who joins the company as Business Relationship Director. A former master technician, Barry’s career, while deeply entrenched within the automotive industry, has seen him work within the education sector and he was the IMI’s End Point Assessment Manager, covering England, for five years before becoming the organisation’s Regional Business Development Team Manager for the South

“I am delighted to be joining Autotech Group at such an exciting time and supporting the formation of a Business Relationship Team,” Barry comments.

“Autotech Group is a truly innovative company and I have been impressed with their ability to see a challenge within the sector and create a solution. My role, and that of the wider team, will be to cultivate an even stronger relationship between the company and clients, and diversify the business offering while identifying opportunities for each division.”

Joining Barry is Colin Hankey, who assumes the role of Business Relationship Manager for the North, bringing with him a wealth of automotive and business development experience. Completing the team is Gemma Edwards who transitions from her previous role as National Careers Manager at Autotech Academy and joins Colin as Business Relationship Manager for the South.

Under Barry’s leadership, both Colin and Gemma will focus on cultivating client relationships and enhancing business opportunities, while Barry’s primary concentration will be on driving strategic partnerships and identifying growth opportunities for the company.
