Castrol Service launches consultancy service with Tim Benson
Castrol Service workshops can now access a new business consultancy service, thanks to a partnership with Tim Benson, Managing Director of the highly-respected Oldfields Garage in Herefordshire.
Announced at the Castrol Service Conference on Friday (21 March), the exclusive service offers expert guidance to help garage owners improve operations and unlock their full potential.
Oldfields Automotive Consulting, led by Tim Benson, leverages his extensive experience as a successful garage owner. It focuses on improving efficiency, work-life balance, and business structure, offering actionable insights beyond just boosting the bottom line.

The process starts with a review of a garage’s online presence, followed by an on-site visit where Tim assesses key areas such as customer interactions, physical aspects, and business processes.
