Don’t miss the opportunity to learn lots and win big!

The closing date for DENSO’s European wide, League of True Mechanics, combination of technical training and head to head competition, has been extended

The closing date for DENSO’s European wide, League of True Mechanics, combination of technical training and head to head competition, has been extended to give more aftermarket professionals the opportunity to increase their knowledge, collect more points, and potentially, take the 2024 title.

The DENSO League of True Mechanics (LOTM) competition continues to attract technicians and car enthusiasts from across the company’s trading regions and its ongoing popularity has led the team to extend the closing date to the end of February 2025.

“The combination of greater work relevant knowledge and broader technical skill and friendly regional competition has made LOTM a massive hit,” explains DENSO Aftermarket, Pan European Strategic Marketing Manager, Fatiha Laauich, “so we’ve decided to extend the deadline for users to register for the current 2024 competition.

“Although every region has its own competition, with a specific selection of prizes for the top participants, the fact that the competition runs across the whole of Europe and also Central Asia, brings it another dimension that technicians really engage with.

“By extending the competition period until the end of February 2025, means that not only do more professionals have the opportunity to win the title, but a greater number will also be raising their skillset and work related abilities, which is invaluable, and the icing on the cake is that there is no enrolment fee or charge for the training modules, or technical information held on the DENSO E-learning site where the competition is hosted. It is, therefore, literality a win/win for those seeking to broaden their knowledge.

“All the courses marked with the ‘podium’ icon are included in the current competition. Once entrants have studied these courses and passed the final exam, they will be credited with points for the quiz and exam and will automatically enter the LOTM ranking. The current ranking is available after registration in the ‘Ranking’ section. Courses without this icon are of course still open and accessible, but they will not be included in the points system, so no points will be received for these courses.

“A further benefit for entrants to the UK competition comes with the IMI accreditation that these courses come with and although each country has attractive prizes prepared for their local competition, in the UK, the top prize is a fantastic Formula 1 British Grand Prix experience for two!

“Although, in most countries, the competition is open to distributors as well as garages, only the regional winners who have registered as technicians (with profile ‘garage’) will be eligible to win the coveted European prize worth 2,000 euro, because only this category of entrant will be automatically entered into the raffle that decides the overall winner of League of True Mechanics. This allows us to build strong loyalty and support garages with training, but also reward their skills.

“So, if you want to not only improve your technical skills and knowledge, but also potentially take the national and overall titles, register for LOTM today by visiting website for more details, and if you still have questions, just check out the LOTM video or send us your inquiry via contact form in the section ‘support’ at www.denso-technic.com
