  • The site boasts enhanced functionality and a more intuitive customer experience

  • Garages in the network will also benefit from an updated online booking tool and garage management features

Eurorepar Car Service has unveiled a brand-new website and online booking tool for its all-makes garage network.

In line with changing consumer expectations and the growing importance of digital solutions in the automotive industry, the new website features all the functionality and intuitive features that customers of the Stellantis-backed network expect.

The online booking tool enables customers to book their next service, repair or MOT online at www.eurorepar.co.uk. The platform is free to use for Eurorepar centres, offering them the chance to win more business online, provide a seamless customer experience and retain more business.

In the same way that the customer-facing element of the website and booking tool is intuitive and hassle-free, the back end of the system offers practical and simple garage management functionality for aftermarket professionals.

Chris Jones, Head of Network & Business Development for Eurorepar Car Service, said: “Central to our offering is ensuring that our network is equipped to meet the needs of the modern motorist. It has become increasingly clear to us that having a customer-friendly website and online booking system is integral to remaining competitive.

“We have taken things one step further, launching a new-look website and delivering an online booking tool that doubles up as an effective garage management system. I’m confident that this phone- and tablet-friendly platform will prove popular with garages and customers alike, and it’s just the latest example of the added value that our centres get from their ERCS membership.”
