FAI Automotive announces new appointments

FAI Automotive has bolstered its team with the appointment of Phil Dodd as its new head of operations, and John Cain as area sales manager covering the North.

Dodd joins the business with over 45 years’ experience in the market, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and a key skill set to put the brand on course for further growth and success.

Dodd previously held roles at AAG (Alliance Automotive Group), UAN (United Aftermarket Network) and FPS, where he spent 20 years developing sales and strategies.

He comments: “I’m looking forward to helping FAI build on its success further to drive future growth. Having spent the majority of my career in the sector I will be looking at bringing a fresh approach to help steer the brand towards continued success.”

As the newest area sales manager to join FAI’s sales team, Cain’s remit will be looking at developing the business in the North. He also held roles at AAG and FPS, working with Dodd.

Cain has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with the team and help to guide and meet the business objectives.

He adds: “I’m pleased to be joining the FAI team, everyone has been very welcoming. FAI understands the market and our customers, so I’m looking forward to adding value to the business with my skills and supporting FAI customers further.”

Both new additions will help FAI in bolstering its expertise and continuing to deliver the same excellent customer service and high quality the brand is known for in the market.
