Garage Hive draws a crowd at UK Garage & Bodyshop

Garage Hive at UKGBE

The Garage Hive stand was abuzz with activity at the UK Garage & Bodyshop Event last week as the award-winning garage management system (GMS) unveiled its groundbreaking artificial intelligence (AI) tool, Garage Hive Copilot.

Visitors to the stand had the opportunity to experience live demonstrations of the community-driven, all-in-one solution, and interact with the revolutionary AI-driven tool. The custom-built adaptation of OpenAI technology is set to bring newfound efficiency and customer service gains to workshops.

“The early response to Garage Hive Copilot has been phenomenal,” said Ray Dilsons, Managing Director of Garage Hive. “It was encouraging to see so many workshops interacting with it and their feedback will help us to further develop our AI solution ahead of official rollout. As a community-led system, we’ve a longstanding tradition of listening to real-world insights and responding to the needs of our users.”

Visitors also had the chance to win a free pair of tickets worth £300 for The Blend 2024, the annual independent garage conference scheduled for September 28th in Birmingham.

Elsewhere at the show, Garage Hive director Alex Lindley led a well-attended talk in the Workshop Management Hub on ‘Leveraging Data from Your Garage Management System to Improve Decision Making’. Drawing significant interest from garage owners eager to optimise business operations, the session covered data collection priorities, key data points, and analysis methods, with real-world examples showing the benefits of data-driven decisions.

The UK Garage & Bodyshop Event saw around 5,000 garage and bodyshop professionals in attendance, with Garage Hive standing out as a highlight among the 180 top-tier suppliers exhibiting.
