MAHLE Aftermarket has promoted its UK General Manager Andy Lees within its senior leadership team, in a combined role that will see him lead aftermarket operations in western Europe.

While Lees’ responsibilities expand with his promotion to Head of Western Europe Aftermarket (MESW), he will remain in his role as UK general manager, overseeing relationships with valued customers across the country and guide the company’s UK aftermarket strategy.

With a background in sales and managerial roles within the automotive aftermarket, Lees will manage logistics, sales, customer service and administration activity throughout territories across western Europe. 

Customers will also be familiar with MAHLE Aftermarket sales and marketing manager Jason Smith, who will continue to support Andy Lees in his new position.

Lees will also ensure the organisation is structured to deliver core business objectives and will work closely with the Group functions such as IT, finance, HR and purchasing to develop key strategies.
