Maverick customer engagement recognised

Maverick at Automechanika

An invaluable and rewarding Automechanika Birmingham for Maverick Diagnostics culminated in the prize of third-place for customer engagement.

Visitors were able to pre-register their attendance via exhibitors’ landing page on the Automechanika Birmingham website, giving an indication to the likes of Maverick Diagnostics of how many delegates they could expect and what they were interested in learning.

Potential turned into reality for the company that provides workshop solutions in the shape of genuine OEM dealer tools, technical support, training and EV battery tools – with large, consistent numbers of visitors received during the three days.

One of those visitors was Huw Ellis, director of B and K Williams Garage, who entered and won a JLR diagnostics bundle, which included hardware, support and training – the complete package!

Within this lot was a Jaguar Land Rover DOIP-SST Hand-Held Device and Panasonic ToughBook CF-D1 Tablet MK3, along with JLR dealer diagnostics training at the Automotive Training Academy for two people, a one-year subscription to dealer tool support from Maverick Diagnostics’ helpdesk and its vehicle technical support.

“Customer engagement plays a crucial part in the company’s ethos”

Maverick Diagnostics’ customer engagement achievement illustrates its commitment to building strong connections with both valued customers and new prospects. It plays a crucial role in the company’s ethos, as its managing director, Andy Brooke, explains:

“We’re more than just selling tools! It’s vital that our staff and I understand our customers’ needs, so we can respond suitably and provide the exceptional support they deserve and have become accustomed to.

“We want to express our gratitude to our partners, all of whom place their trust in us. Their feedback and support is inspiring and added motivation to continue the work we’re doing.”

As well as a certificate, Maverick Diagnostics received a voucher from Automechanika Birmingham, which, Andy revealed, will go towards a “well-earned” meal for hard-working colleagues.
