Ingenia Recruitment is celebrating 30 years of providing an exclusive recruitment service to the motor trade.  Established in 1983, founder Stephen Shaw, saw a gap in the market after being in the motor trade for 16 years for a professional recruitment service.

The longevity of the company is down to our understanding and experience of the industry often filling vacancies before they are advertised.  Our open and honest approach is testament to the fact that we are still dealing, and placing, candidates who have been with us for years.
