Motul health checks for visitors at show!

Motul Analysis Lab

Visitors and exhibitors at this year’s Practical Classics Classic Car and Restoration Show were able to give their vehicle a health check thanks to Motul bringing one of its mobile oil laboratories to the event.

Oil analysis of a small sample delivered instant critical information about the state of either an engine or gearbox. Over the last couple of year’s Motul’s Oil analysis service at the Goodwood Revival and Silverstone Festival has given critical advance warning of potential catastrophic failures on several cars at the events – saving owners from both a potentially dangerous situation on track, and thousands of pounds of damaged engine!

For those who are embarking on a restoration, or are considering buying a car, an oil sample health check may prove to be a sound investment.

Motul staff were on hand to help and advise anyone who wanted to take advantage of this potentially vital service on site. It was also be possible to take away a kit and send it in afterwards.
