TechMan hails winning return of Automechanika
TechMan demonstrated its leading garage management system and a new collaboration with BookMyGarage.com, at the company’s successful return to Automechanika Birmingham.
TechMan exhibited its latest updates to its popular garage management system, with the latest integrations including a new advanced tyre search and refreshed KPI dashboard.
The brand also sponsored the Best Customer Service award in the Automechanika Birmingham Garage Awards, hosted by the Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF), which were held on day two of the trade event to celebrate the very best of the garage industry.
The winner of the Best Customer Service award was A&J FLEETCARE, Leeds, recognising its excellence in serving customers to ensure repeat business, delivering a positive service experience and demonstrating good core business values.
Pete Mcilhiney, Aftersales Director at TechMan, comments: “Being back at Automechanika Birmingham and meeting our customers face-to-face again was invaluable. It’s really showed everyone that despite being able to do everything online, you just can’t beat an in-person meeting.
