Schaeffler’s digital team continues to visit workshops around the country
More and more technicians using the app to access invaluable technical information and collect bonus points
Schaeffler’s digital marketing team have again been busy touring the country to discuss the latest developments from the leading OE component and systems manufacturer with both REPXPERT members and non-members, visiting workshops across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Birmingham and Milton Keynes.
Garage owners and technicians have been more than happy to meet with the team, who have been tasked with getting the aftermarket up-to-speed with the switch from old style printed bonus coupons to the new high-tech OneCode labelling system that features on all new LuK, INA and FAG product boxes.
Members now need to use the scanning function in the REPXPERT app to access the invaluable technical library and collect their bonus points, which also includes a free entry into the REPXPERT Millionaire prize draw. The current phase of the promotion is for INA engine products, with every INA box scanned between June and August counting as one entry.
As well as helping members who didn’t know of the update to download the app, the team is also leaving behind a special ‘I want to be a REPXPERT Millionaire’ tea break kit and other goodies.
“The positive feedback we are getting at every garage we visit makes it all worthwhile for us, and we have had great engagement at every stop on the trip” said Tony Yates, Schaeffler’s Digital Marketing expert. “We like to think the guys in the workshop also learn from these visits too, as we are having great success updating them on the latest Schaeffler developments.”
