WAI sponsors announces IAAF event sponsorship

WAI, a longstanding supporter of the automotive industry, has announced it is a Partner Sponsor at the Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation’s (IAAF) upcoming annual conference and has also sponsored the ‘Car Distributor of the Year’ award at the ‘Pride of the Aftermarket’ Awards being held on December 7 at DoubleTree by Hilton, Milton Keynes.

Richard Welland, president at WAI and past president of IAAF, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "We are delighted to continue our support for the industry through our sponsorship of IAAF’s annual conference and awards dinner.

The IAAF conference themed 'The Brilliance of Resilience' will showcase industry insights and trends, plus offer a keynote address by Nick Leeson, known for his involvement in the Barings Bank bankruptcy.

IAAF’s Pride of the Aftermarket Awards evening's program includes entertainment by comedian Tom Allen and the recognition of outstanding achievements across various automotive aftermarket categories.

Leading rotating electrics and EV charging cable specialist, WAI, recently invested in a brand-new headquarters and warehouse in Rotterdam, Netherlands, as it looks to further align the UK and European operations, plus offer customers greater availability and a new European hub.
