Aftermarket specialist cuts installation time with plug and play solution

Labcraft, known for its innovative LED lighting solutions for commercial vehicles, has introduced a new plug-and-play wiring harness kit that reduces installation time by up to 50%.

Cardiff-based Owlvue, specialist installers who provide mobile services to fleets across the UK, have successfully integrated this new solution, saving up to 2 hours per installation for their fleet customers.

Labcraft, R23 Banksman lighting, renowned for its effectiveness in enhancing vehicle safety and manoeuvrability, is now easier than ever to install, says the company. The new preassembled wiring harness kits help streamline the installation process, ensure long-term reliability and reduce vehicle downtime. “It is a huge benefit having the looms premade, as this can save up to 50% of install time on site when prepping the kit - which can also be tricky depending on site conditions,” stated James Fisher, Technical Manager at Owlvue.

The new wiring system is designed to be efficient in all environments, offering protection against moisture, heat, and vibration. Its simple configuration makes parts replacement and upgrades easier and more straightforward.
