Borg & Beck sets out clear vision with upgraded wiper blades range

First Line Ltd. has launched a comprehensive upgrade to its Borg & Beck wiper blade range ready for winter

First Line Ltd. has launched a comprehensive upgrade to its Borg & Beck wiper blade range ready for winter, featuring innovative designs tailored for modern vehicles, including conventional, flat and hybrid wiper blades that not only meet but exceed current market expectations.

The conventional blades have been redesigned to be even quieter than before and come in 11 SKUs ranging from 280mm to 700mm, featuring an all-metal vented frame design for added strength and reliability.

Each blade includes a universal pre-attached adaptor, ensuring compatibility with all hook wiper arms, as well as a legacy side pin and 7mm bayonet wiper arms.

Meanwhile, the flat blades have been enhanced with a deeper, symmetrical spoiler for windlift resistance at high speeds, tested to 100mph, and feature cutting-edge multi-fit flat blade technology, with 15 SKUs available in lengths from 350mm to 800mm.

This new design provides Original-Equipment (OE) style quality, delivering perfect wiping pressure across the entire blade length. This ensures optimal performance, with each blade equipped with eight OE fit adaptors, covering the ten most popular OE arm types.

The range offers additional coverage on some of the very latest vehicle makes and models on the road, with the TTL covering BMW X2, Dacia Duster, and Renault Captur and Clio, and the Notched Push Button covering BMW X3 and X4, Jaguar E-Pace, Land Rover Discover, Lexus NX, Mazda CX-5, Subaru Impreza, and Toyota Mirai and Prius, with more models continuing to be suitable.

The inclusion of a retro-fit hook adaptor allows older vehicles to upgrade to the latest flat blade technology.

Constructed with a laser-cut precision steel twin-rail design and a synthetic and natural rubber compound, these blades offer an optimal blend of performance and durability, achieving 98 percent complete parc coverage.

Additionally, the newly added hybrid blades to the range replicate the OE style with the same latching adaptor system, ensuring a seamless fit and functionality for users.

In line with environmentally friendly practices, these blades are all packaged in eco-conscious cartons.

With a focus on customer support and ease of use, the cataloguing and fitment process has been streamlined to guarantee high wiper blade sales with low return rates for customers. The extensive cataloguing includes printed application guides and MAM and TecDoc data, complemented by an online vehicle lookup tool for ease of use.
