Brake Engineering expands range with 20 caliper introductions

Brake Engineering has reinforced its commitment to quality and coverage with the introduction of 20 new calipers to its remanufactured braking range.

The latest additions include left and right fitments for both rear and front axles, designed for a wide selection of popular vehicle manufacturers, including Audi, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, MG, Nissan, Mazda, Iveco and Land Rover.

Each caliper undergoes Brake Engineering’s rigorous 10-stage remanufacturing process at its Centre of Excellence in Wrexham, meeting ISO international quality standards.

All accepted core units are fully dismantled and rebuilt with 100 percent brand-new wearing components, including new pistons, seals, sliders and circlips, with CNC multi-spindle machines ensuring precision in piston and slider production.

Every caliper is given a protective electroplating finish for improved performance and longevity while also supporting Brake Engineering’s eco-conscious manufacturing ethos.

Each unit must pass stringent OE-level multi-stage high- and low-pressure testing before being released to the market, ensuring both safety and reliability.
