FAG WheelSet for Mini Countryman and Paceman released to aftermarket

• An FAG WheelSet kit covering all-wheel drive versions of the Mini Countryman and Paceman manufactured from August 2010 onwards has been released

An FAG bearing kit for the Mini Countryman and Mini Paceman, manufactured as original equipment (OE) by Schaeffler, is now available to the UK and Irish aftermarket.

Kit No. 713 6497 70 covers the rear axle for all-wheel drive versions of the Countryman and Paceman produced by Mini from August 2010 onwards.

“In order to make replacement in the garage as simple, safe and efficient as possible,” said Matthew Selby, Sales and Marketing Director at Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket (UK) Ltd. “FAG WheelSets always include all the components necessary for a complete and professional replacement.”

The kit includes a generation 3 hub bearing with multipole encoder for ABS, ASR and ESP systems, plus the centering nut for fastening the unit to the drive shaft. Also included are stretch bolts for fixing the unit to the steering knuckle and a protection ring for the encoder.
