Mahle New Products
  • 730 new parts added to range in 2022

  • New-to-range covers top categories including thermal management and filtration

  • All parts offer the best in OE quality

MAHLE Aftermarket continues to prove itself as a leader in the market with the addition of over 700 new part numbers throughout 2022. The new products cover the brand’s leading categories across filtration, thermal management and engine gaskets.

The aftermarket specialist is committed to expanding its product portfolio to cover the growing European vehicle parc and adapting to the latest market needs by continually adding part numbers to its high-quality ranges.

In 2022, over 432 references were added to MAHLE’s popular thermal management portfolio, as the company continued to meet the needs of the ever-changing market.

For workshops, the maintenance of thermal management systems in hybrid and electric vehicles will become what used to be the regular oil change. That is why MAHLE Aftermarket is offering not only a growing range of components but also accompanying service equipment, training, and digital information solutions to prepare workshops for the future.

MAHLE also introduced 56 new references in its Filtration portfolio, including 17 air filters, seven fuel filters and six oil filters. The new parts also covered cabin, transmission and hydraulic filters.

The new-to-range part numbers in 2022 in MAHLE‘s Victor Reinz Gasket range included 20 conversion sets, 38 head bolt sets, 56 cylinder head gaskets, 23 full gasket sets, 42 head gasket sets and 28 rocker cover gaskets. These additions covered popular vehicle makes across major European and Asian manufacturers, as well as 41 part numbers for heavy duty vehicles.

MAHLE’s gasket range has been rebuilt from the ground up, using the latest technology and state-of-the-art materials to seal and protect engines – enabling them to run harder and faster to cope with the demands put on them and overcome the limitations of conventional gaskets.

As we head into another year, MAHLE will continue to regularly update its range with new part numbers to reflect its commitment to leading the market with the highest quality OE-quality products from the widest selection available.
