CSF opens 6th branch and launches new app

Opening of Waltham Abbey branch cements CSF as a leading car parts supplier in London, Hertfordshire and Essex, combining huge stock range with the latest technology.

Car Spares Factors (CSF), a leading car parts, accessories and consumables supplier, is opening its sixth branch at the end of September.

The Waltham Abbey branch has been completely refitted for CSF’s purposes, and a new team recruited and trained so that the business is up and running from day one. CSF’s other branches include New Southgate (Head Office), East Barnet, Haringey, Park Royal and Welwyn Garden City.

The company, which was established in 1977 and is now 45 years old, has grown both organically and by acquiring other smaller parts suppliers. With a focus on outstanding customer service, CSF has an impressive customer service operation that guarantees fast ordering and same-day (often within the hour) delivery where possible. Supplying over 300,000 different OE quality spare parts for all vehicle makes, CSF is proud to have long-standing customers – some of whom for decades – who rely on them to keep their own businesses running smoothly.

To make customers’ lives easier, CSF has also recently launched the CSF app. Available from both Apple Store and Google Play Store, the app allows busy garage owners to order parts on the go, benefitting from the fast, free delivery that is part of the CSF business model.
