FUCHS joins IAAF line up
The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has announced its latest new member, FUCHS Lubricants, as the federation continues its member expansion.
FUCHS is a global supplier of manufacturer approved lubricants to the OEM and aftermarket automotive sectors. The company houses 400 staff in the UK and 6000 employees in offices across the world.
Thanks to its extensive experience in high-quality production, distribution and service, FUCHS Lubricants UK (plc) supplies a wide portfolio of oils and lubricants to nationwide customers across multiple sectors.
Paul Wood, Automotive Field Sales Manager at FUCHS, comments: “FUCHS has close partnerships with the major automotive OEMs, so it can support the IAAF with the automotive industries trend to advanced lubricant technology, complexity and the drive for increased sustainability within the lubricant and automotive industries.”
FUCHS is keen to help support and guide IAAF members on the journey to net zero carbon emissions.
Wood continued: “As part of the IAAF, FUCHS can increase its profile through networking and actively supporting its members with advanced lubricant technologies, technical advice and support to help the automotive aftermarket’s target to achieve NET zero.”
By joining the IAAF’s membership, FUCHS will benefit from access to key resources and services, a network of industry experts across the whole aftermarket chain, comprising manufacturers, suppliers, warehouse distributors, buying groups, motor factors and independent garages, plus opportunities to attend key industry events and access to lobbying activity.
Mark Field, Chief Executive of the IAAF, adds: “As the world, and industry, continues to evolve at pace, we’re pleased to add FUCHS to our growing membership. The IAAF attracts a much broader reach than ever before, and it’s great to see more and more companies like FUCHS joining the federation, supporting our work and being part of the community for a better aftermarket!”
